The Clark County Family YMCA offers Youth Basketball Leagues in the Fall, Winter and Spring. Our leagues are designed to enhance self-esteem. There is an emphasis on fair play. Everyone plays equal time and there are no tryouts. Please check back for more information, including registration.

Team Equality
Team equality is of primary importance. The YMCA cannot guarantee that requests for team placement will be honored. But we do our best to accommodate requests.

Volunteer Coaches Needed
We are looking for volunteers to serve as coaches in our YMCA Youth Sports Program. The time commitment is approximately three hours per week: 1 hour for practices, 1 hour for games and 1 hour for planning and maintaining contact with parents and players. No experience necessary. Practice plans are provided upon request. Serve as a role model for parents and youth involved in the program. This is your YMCA. Volunteer and make a difference. Register Online to be a volunteer coach. In addition, we will need a paper Volunteer Application completed and turned in to the YMCA unless you are a returning coach from the Fall 2009 season.

Important Basketball Dates
Winter Season-January 11th-March 6th 
Mandatory Coaches Meeting-January 7th at the YMCA.  Time TBA
Registration Deadline-January 6th
Practices Begin-January 11th
Games Begin-January 21st. No games or practices on February 11-13th due to the Holiday
